EVERYONE IS FACED WITH CHALLENGES.
I am a licensed professional counselor with extensive background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, communication skills, mindfulness, and self esteem. Education is a helpful tool to have, but it's not the answer to everything. I believe self-awareness and dedication are just as important in helping you overcome barriers that are getting in the way of you living a happy and productive life.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a change, my hope is to support you in reducing the stress that comes with it. My therapeutic style focuses on strategies and coping skills to build resiliency, increase sense of self, and help you understand yourself more deeply to better cope with change and to reach your optimal potential.
I provide tele-health sessions via a secure HIPPA compliant face-to-face video session, in the privacy of your own home.

Individuals and couples, age 18+, in the state of New Jersey, who are seeking support with various life transitions using clinically supported therapy techniques with an empathic approach.
Our Counseling Services:
Through a strengths-based approach we can assist with: Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, OCD, Parenting Support, Communication/Conflict Resolution, Self Esteem.
Expectations For Our Sessions:
Our sessions will be a safe place where we can openly process and work on YOU. Starting your therapy journey means taking steps towards strengthening your insight and awareness about how to shift into healthier patterns. Together we will talk about strategies that can help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety, explore new thinking patterns, regulate emotions, and create a sense of self worth and acceptance.
Fees/Cost of Investment:
We offer a FREE 15 minute consultation to help you decide if working with Better Tomorrow is right for you.
The 2026 cost for a 53- 60 minute psychotherapy session is $175.
The 2026 cost for a 45 minute psychotherapy session is $140.
We are an out-of-network provider, not currently accepting insurance. We will produce an invoice upon request, should you wish to submit it to your insurance company.
A sliding scale is offered, if applicable.
